Lata Gound, Damoh (M.P.)

Why not? This is the very obvious answer from a small town girl Lata Goud for every opportunity she have.
Lata was a B.Sc. pursuing student with a farmer father who is the only earning member to support 8 members of the family.
Lata was finding it really hard to get a source of income with a degree in her hand but the journey ahead was not that simple.
“And, when you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
Fortunately, ITRC was not far away from Lata.
She got to know about ITRC and joined under MAPCET program. She had the hunger and enrolled herself for Skill Development program.
Lata learnt how to operate computers, developed communication skills and improved her soft skills. She was so confident to see her transformation
She got trained and now hoping for even good times ahead for employment. She finally found some happy moments as she got placed in DMRK, Indore.
She was so bothered about her family and their struggles as she was not so financially sound. How then could a girl hope a better life when every passing moment was a struggle to find employment and better living?
ITRC was always there for Lata even after completing her training. ITRC provided accommodation and dining facilityto her, on its own expenses so that she can begin her new job at ease. She is so happy now and fulfilling her responsibilities very smoothly.
“ITRC has given me that confidence to stand out of box. It groomed my personality after completion of training. I am doing very well with my work. Trainers and Instructors are very supportive. Thanks to ITRC” Says smiling Lata.
Lata recently got promoted and earning 1.44 lac per annum. The family who was dependent on 40,000 annual income is very happy to see this beyond the world transformation.
Now Lata is a inspiration for other girls in her town and ITRC as well, We wish the best time ahead for her fantastic achievements and always cherish Lata’s “Why Not”
