ITRC organized various career counseling session every year. The main aim of career counseling session will provide counseling for various emerging career opportunities to school students. These counseling sessions will also provide an opportunity for the students to explore various new career options other than the prevailing career tracks. In today’s dynamic world which is equipped with new technologies and global dimensions, career opportunities have opened up immensely in different fields. Living up to our brand line "suchana sabhi ke liye, ITRC has undertaken this responsibility of providing career counseling to our young generation so that they can choose best career option for their golden future; this step would not only help our children, but also support the country at large. Through this activity our idea is to expose teens to the new career world which is full of opportunity.

Scholarship mainly for the needy and poor students of the society to get the good training and get place on the good JOB profile. The motto to Educate Youth and Empower India.
Different Type of Scholarship Exam has been conducted twice in a year. Scholarship awarded based on their performance in test and personal counseling, for selected career programs. Special scholarship offered for SC, ST, OBC students & girls.
Merit-based: These Scholarship is based on a student's academic record and extracurricular activities. Standardized tests

Merit holder students awarded higher configuration computers.
Need-based: These scholarship is based on the student and family's financial record

Scholarship awarded up to 100% to 20 %
Career-specific: These are scholarships awarded to students planning to pursue a specific field of study. Who cannot afford to go for further studies

Students awarded Package for higher studies at Indore.

Over the past 12 years the scholarship has been able to help and benefit students. We believe our initiative will go a long way in guiding meritorious students into the IT domain”. More than 3 lac student has participated in past years.
