We are Regularly conducting Career Counseling camps, Workshops and seminars and Scholarship exams for the trainees. Campus placement drives for private sector companies have been conducted for candidates who have undergone Skill Development Trainings for Livelihood creation. Participated in career melas organized by various government colleges Conducting industry linked skill trainings.

The Tools includes:

Campus Drive- Here we conduct recruitment process through inviting Employers at our centers and allow our student to participate and show case thier skills and knowledge.

Career Mela/Fairs- ITRC organizes such fairs time to time and provide common platform for all to connect with the Employers.

Industrial Visits- ITRC have this permission from Industries in black and white for the visits. Thus, Industries allow us to take our students on tour to thier respective companies, factories, studios etc. Where they take a sneak peak of how it looks like to work in real.

Guest Lectures/Extra Mural Lectures- It is human nature , that we make decisions on the ground of other's experience, this is the reason, guest lectures always prove to be the most effective tool. ITRC invites subject matter experts from the Industries. They share their real life experiences relevant to the trade or domain trainees are concerned with. The industry people are the best to aware the trainees with the scope of work and career path.

Workshops/Internships/Apprenticeships- we take our trainess to the employers for some specific period of time in order to implant the practical knowledge and hands on the skills they are learning during training.
